Removing the On Hold setting
Start by logging on with your user account.
- Go to Components > CiviCRM.
- Go to Search > Advanced Search.
- Select the Email on Hold option in the Basic Criteria section.
- Click Search.
This will show you all email addresses that are currently on hold.
Unhold email addresses
In the search results, select any or all of the email addresses that you want to unhold.
- Click the Actions drop-down.
- Choose Email - Unhold addresses.
