Changing the default messages

CiviCRMCiviCRM will send email messages at various times when visitors use the system (e.g. Receipts for payments etc...).  You can configure the email messages to suit your organisation.

System Workflow Messages

Start by logging on and going to Components > CiviCRM.

  1. Go to Administer > Administration Console > Configuration Checklist.
  2. Cick System Workflow Templates.
  3. Edit any Template to suit your needs.

Note that when editing these templates, you can always revert to the original default template.
