Adding new users

nextcloudTo add users, you first need to log on with an admin account.

Default quota

Before adding new users you should check the default quota.

  1. Click your avatar (upper right) and choose Users.
  2. Click Settings (bottom-left).
  3. Adjust the Default quota as needed.

Note that by default users have unlimited storage!

Adding Users

When you add new users, you can also create new Groups at the same time.

  1. Click your name (upper right) and choose Users.
  2. Click the + New user button.
  3. Enter a Login name, and Password.
  4. Select any Groups that this user is a member of.
  5. Click the Create button
